FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto — The World Cup Comes to Ontario
The FIFA World Cup is in North America in 2026, and Toronto is one of the host cities. Live music on the main stage. Live match broadcasts on massive screens. Over 30 food vendors representing flavours from around the world. Interactive experiences from LEGO to a soccer-themed Ontario mini-golf course. And performers including Wyclef Jean, Walk off the Earth, Big Wreck, and Kardinal Offishall already confirmed, with more to be announced throughout the tournament. ✨ Why This Is Unlike Any Other Toronto Festival This Summer
The FIFA World Cup comes to North America once in a generation. In 2026, Toronto is one of the 16 host cities — and that means the city gets something it has genuinely never had before: a six-week outdoor fan festival at one of its most historically significant sites, drawing football supporters from every corner of the world.
Fort York & The Bentway is a remarkable setting for it. The grounds of the 1813 fort, the underbelly of the Gardiner, the Bentway Skate Trail — all transformed into a global celebration with live concerts, match screenings, food from dozens of countries, and interactive installations that lean into both Toronto’s identity and the worldwide reach of the sport.
You don’t have to be a die-hard football fan to enjoy this. The concerts alone — Wyclef Jean, Walk off the Earth, Big Wreck, Kardinal Offishall, with much more still to be announced — would justify a visit. Add the food, the atmosphere, and the energy of thousands of fans from around the world all watching matches together, and this is one of the most compelling events Toronto has hosted in years.
