1000 Islands Country Fest Legends 2026
Some country festivals book the latest names. This one pays tribute to the greatest names — the legends who built modern country music. On June 12–13, 2026, Happy Green Acres Campground in Mallorytown transforms into a two-night celebration of Patsy Cline, Vince Gill, Alan Jackson, Dwight Yoakam, and Garth Brooks, brought to life by some of the finest tribute acts in the country.
Set in the heart of Ontario’s stunning 1000 Islands region, this is the kind of weekend where you park the trailer, crack something cold, and let the music take you somewhere else for a while. Come for the day, or make it a proper camping weekend — either way, the headliners are your favourite legends played the way they deserve to be heard.

✨ Why This Weekend Is Worth the Drive
There’s a reason tribute festivals for the classic country legends keep selling out: the music holds up. Garth’s stadium anthems, Alan Jackson’s laid-back honky-tonk, the heartbreak in every Patsy Cline note, Dwight Yoakam’s Bakersfield twang — these are songs people have been singing along to for thirty years, and they sound just as good around a campfire in the 1000 Islands as they ever did on the radio.
What makes Country Fest Legends stand out from bigger festival lineups is the intimacy of the setting. Happy Green Acres is a proper campground — not a fairgrounds or a parking lot dressed up for the occasion. The stage is covered, the crowd is close, and the vibe is more “best weekend of the summer” than “wait in line for two hours.” People who camp at this kind of festival tend to come back every year for a reason.
The 1000 Islands setting doesn’t hurt either. Mallorytown is just west of Brockville, in one of the most scenic corners of Eastern Ontario. If you’re planning to make a full trip of it, there’s plenty to do in the region before and after the music.
🎵 The 2026 Legends Lineup
Six acts. Five legends. Two nights of the songs you know every word to.
Friday June 12 · 5:00 PM
Curating the Cline
A Patsy Cline Tribute
Patsy Cline recorded some of the most emotionally devastating songs in country music history — Crazy, I Fall to Pieces, Walkin’ After Midnight — and they still give people chills sixty years on. Curating the Cline opens the festival Friday evening and sets the tone perfectly for a weekend of legendary country.
Friday June 12 · 7:00 PM
Dexter Frank
Vince Gill Tribute
Vince Gill’s combination of flawless vocal range, masterful guitar playing, and that catalogue of songs — Go Rest High on That Mountain, When I Call Your Name, Feels Like Love — makes him one of the most beloved figures in country history. Dexter Frank brings that to life Friday night.
Friday June 12 · 9:00 PM · Headliner
The Alan Jackson Experience
Alan Jackson Tribute
With Alan Jackson hanging up his touring boots in 2026 after a farewell concert, the legend’s music feels more precious than ever. The Alan Jackson Experience — fronted by Aaron Halliday, the longest-running and most acclaimed Alan Jackson tribute act in the world — closes Friday night with the hits that defined a generation of country music.
Saturday June 13 · 5:00 PM
Dennis Whitty
Dwight Yoakam Tribute
Dwight Yoakam brought a raw, Bakersfield honky-tonk edge to 1980s Nashville that made him an outsider legend. Guitars, Cadillacs, A Thousand Miles from Nowhere, Fast as You — Dennis Whitty opens Saturday with the twang that country radio doesn’t make like it used to.
Saturday June 13 · 7:00 PM
Waylon Crybaby & The Squeaky Wheels
Original Country & Outlaw Vibes
The Saturday mid-slot brings something a little different — a band that bridges the gap between the tribute acts with their own brand of country and outlaw energy. The name alone tells you what kind of a good time this is going to be.
Saturday June 13 · 9:00 PM · Headliner
Black Tie Affair
Garth Brooks Tribute
If there’s a better way to close a country legends festival than a full set of Garth Brooks, nobody has figured it out yet. Friends in Low Places, The Dance, Thunder Rolls, Callin’ Baton Rouge — Black Tie Affair brings the stadium show energy that made Garth the best-selling solo artist in American music history.

🏕 Make a Weekend of It — Camping at Happy Green Acres
Day passes are great, but camping here is a different experience entirely. You’re steps from the stage, you don’t have to drive home after the headliner, and there’s something about waking up in the 1000 Islands on a June morning that makes the whole trip feel like it was worth it. Camping must be booked separately through CampLife.
🏈
Heated Saltwater Pool
A proper inground heated saltwater pool — great for the afternoon before the music starts.
🏭
Covered Music Arena
Festival shows happen under a covered arena — no worrying about weather ruining the night.
🔥

Individual fire pits plus a community bonfire pit — exactly what a camping music festival should have.

💡 Camping is booked separately through CampLife and is NOT included in any of the above ticket options. If you want to camp for the festival weekend (check-in June 12, check-out June 14), book your site at CampLife before it fills up — sites go fast around festival weekends.
💡 Tips for the Weekend
🏕 Book your campsite early. Festival weekends at Happy Green Acres fill up quickly. If you want to stay on site, get into CampLife now rather than waiting until June. Camping separately from the ticket purchase is the one thing that trips people up — don’t leave it too late.
🎫 The weekend pass ($99) is the best value if you’re planning to attend both nights. Two separate day passes would run $100 and a weekend pass saves a dollar while giving you the flexibility to move between days without fussing over tickets.
🏭 The arena is covered. Rain doesn’t cancel this event — the music stage is under a covered arena. You’ll still want a jacket for the evening shows in June, but you don’t need to stress about the forecast the week of.
🐕 Bring your dog. Happy Green Acres has an off-leash dog park on site and is a pet-friendly campground. Just keep an eye on them during the louder sets.
🎵 Stay for the headliners. Both nights close with full sets from the Alan Jackson Experience (Friday) and Black Tie Affair’s Garth Brooks tribute (Saturday). The 9 PM slots are the main event — if you can only stay for part of a night, plan around those.
