If you’re looking for the perfect way to kick off your Kingston summer, YGK Craft Beer Fest has been delivering exactly that for years. Set against the sweeping views from Fort Henry’s iconic South Hill — the very spot they’ve returned to for 2026 — this is a festival that gets pretty much everything right: great craft beer, excellent local food, live music from two stages, artisan vendors you’ll actually want to browse, and one of the best outdoor settings in Ontario.

This year brings more than 20 craft beverage vendors, eight live acts across the Main Stage and a brand new second Spotlight Stage, a full roster of local food trucks, and a sprawling artisan market. Whether you’re a dedicated craft beer nerd hunting down something you’ve never tried before, or you just want a great Saturday afternoon out in Kingston with friends — this is the event.

💡 What to Know Before You Go

⏱️ Buy tickets before June 7. General Admission jumps from $20 to $25+HST after that. The early bird saving is real — don’t leave it.

☑ Bring sun protection, a lawn chair, and a reusable water bottle. The South Hill location is glorious but fully exposed. Free water refill stations are on site. A hat and blanket will serve you well for a seven-hour outdoor day.

🐶 Dogs are welcome — on leash. Well-behaved pups are encouraged to join. Just keep them leashed and keep them out of the food vendor queues.

🚫 No outside food or drinks (including alcohol). Outside alcohol is not permitted under event licensing, including under Ontario’s BYOB regulations. Everything you drink at the festival must be purchased from licensed vendors on site.

💳 Bring multiple payment options. Cash, debit, and credit cards are all accepted. Beverage tickets are purchased separately on-site.
