Caledon Fair 2026 — Now and Then - Caledon, ON
🏭 Caledon Agricultural Fair 📅 June 19–21, 2026 📍 Caledon Village, ON 👦 Kids Free on Sunday 🏫 Since 1860
Caledon Fair 2026 — Now and Then
Some fairs come and go. The Caledon Fair has been running every year since 1860 — that’s 166 years of livestock competitions, fair food, community spirit, and the particular joy of watching something get demolished in a derby ring. If you’ve never been, this is the summer to fix that.
Running June 19–21, 2026 at the Caledon Agricultural Society Fairgrounds, this year’s theme is Now and Then — a nod to a fair that honours its roots while staying very much alive. Three days, one fairground, and a packed schedule that runs from a Friday evening tractor pull all the way to a Sunday afternoon horse show.
🚗 Demolition Derby 🚙 Tractor Pull 🎧 Live Music 🐎 Horse Shows 🐕 Dog Agility 🚗 Classic Cars 🍗 Fair Food 🍷 Pony Rides
💡 Kids under 6 are free all weekend. On Sunday, all children under 12 get in free — making it the best family day of the three. Midway tickets are sold separately on the grounds.
✨ Why the Caledon Fair Is Worth the Drive
There’s something about an agricultural fair that still feels irreplaceable. Not in a nostalgic, aren’t-we-quaint kind of way — more in a this-is-legitimately-fun-for-everyone kind of way. The Caledon Fair has been doing this since 1860, which means they’ve had a long time to figure out what people actually want out of a June weekend.
The short version: a lot. Tractor pulls on Friday night. A Demolition Derby on Saturday that will have you on your feet. Live music both days. Horse shows on Sunday morning that are genuinely beautiful to watch. A classic car show that’ll have the gear heads in your group dragging everyone else over. Pony rides and a petting zoo and an inflatable play park for the kids. And a baked goods auction that benefits Bethell Hospice and the MS Society — because this is a fair with community in its bones.
It’s about 45 minutes northwest of Toronto on Hwy 10 in Caledon Village. If you’re looking for a proper day out that doesn’t involve a screen, a lineup, or a $30 cocktail, this is it.

💡 Things Worth Knowing Before You Go
📅 Sunday is the family day. Lower admission, kids free, horse shows all morning, dog agility in the afternoon. If you’re bringing the family for one day, Sunday delivers the most value.
🚗 Don’t miss the Demolition Derby. Saturday 5:30 PM. It fills up. Get there early, grab a spot, and enjoy it. There’s nothing quite like a county fair demolition derby.
🚙 Friday night is underrated. The Truck & Tractor Pull is a great evening event and the fairgrounds feel a bit calmer before the Saturday rush. If you’re nearby, Friday evening is worth it on its own.
🍳 The Knox Church Food Booth is the real deal. Serving breakfast both weekend mornings plus all day. If you’ve never had fair-style church food, this is your moment.
🚗 Buy advance admission online. Admission tickets can be purchased ahead at the Caledon Fair website. Midway rides and inflatable park tickets are separate — sold on the grounds.
😉 Dress for the weather. This is an outdoor fairground event in June. Bring sunscreen, comfortable shoes, and maybe a light layer for the Friday evening pull. The Bavarian Garden is a great spot to recharge between events.
