FEASTIE is Toronto’s answer to a bold question: what if a food festival celebrated independent makers, BIPOC and female-owned businesses, and the real story of the city’s food scene? Founded by award-winning hospitality expert Evelyn Chick, FEASTIE goes beyond typical food festivals. There are no tornado potato stands, no predictable chains — just 40+ hand-selected vendors representing 15+ cuisines, most of them local, many you can’t find anywhere else.
Every vendor tells a story. Whether it’s a woman-owned dumpling house, a BIPOC-led street food operation, or a craft cocktail bar pushing boundaries, FEASTIE is a celebration of entrepreneurship, cultural pride, and culinary innovation in Toronto. The festival supports small businesses, elevates voices often overlooked by mainstream festivals, and reminds Toronto of how diverse and delicious its food culture truly is.

💰 Bring extra cash. Food and additional beverages are purchased separately from vendors. Your ticket includes one drink token, a sampling pass, and a photobooth, but food is additional.
☀️ Bring sun protection. The festival is outdoors and runs from noon to 9 PM. August in Toronto can be warm. Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses recommended.
🐕 Bring your dog! FEASTIE is dog-friendly with a dedicated pet area. Water bowls and shade are provided.
🔓 Bring your ID. If you’re 19+, bring valid government ID to order alcoholic beverages.
