Brampton KiteFest 2026 — 12 Years Colouring the Sky

Look up — the sky’s about to get a lot more colourful. On Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, 2026 (12 to 6 PM each day), Greenbriar Park South fills with kites of every shape and size for Brampton KiteFest, a two-day, family-friendly celebration of flight, fresh air and community.

Now in its 12th year and an award-winning festival, it’s a day where kids learn to build and fly their own kites (and the science behind them), professional fliers paint the sky with choreographed displays, and parents and grandparents reconnect with their inner child.

💡 Heads up on parking: there’s no parking on site. Park at Holy Name of Mary Catholic School (115 Glenvale Blvd) and please don’t park on the side streets around the park.

🟚 Plan your parking. Head straight for the school lot on Glenvale Blvd, not the park — it’ll save you circling the neighbourhood.
